How can I check my order status?

In order to check your order status, please follow the steps below: 

1. Locate your order tracking email which contains the tracking number from the shipping carrier.

2. Reach out to our Client Experience team directly at help@andhealthinc.com or (717) 461-3010.

3. Provide us with the order confirmation number and we will provide you with an update on the status of your order.

4. Check your email - if you placed your order with guest checkout you will get order status updates sent to the email used when your order was placed.
